Job Description

Nightwing provides technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services to meet our customers' most demanding challenges. Our capabilities include cyber space operations, cyber defense and resiliency, vulnerability research, ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecycle mission enablement, and software modernization. Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets. We are seeking dependable and detail‑oriented individuals to serve as Role Players in support of various training exercises. This is an ad‑hoc, as‑needed position. As opportunities arise, instructor staff will email applicants with a roll call, and those interested can respond with their availability. Locations vary and may include the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA) as well as selected states based on training requirements. In this position, you will help create realistic training environments by participating in controlled scenarios, following directed movements, and remaining in assigned locations as required. Activities may include staying in designated hotel rooms, traveling through specified areas, or engaging in scenario‑based interactions under authorized observation. Full instructions and guidance will be provided prior to each exercise.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in structured training scenarios as directed
  • Follow scripted or guided movements throughout designated areas
  • Remain in assigned locations (e.g., hotel rooms) as required for the exercise
  • Maintain professionalism and reliability throughout each assignment
  • Adhere to all exercise guidelines and safety protocols
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible for or holding an active Secret security clearance (or above)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable participating in structured, scenario‑based activities
  • Previous role‑playing, acting, or training support experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
  • Hourly compensation (up to a daily maximum)
