Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care and Landscaping Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in lawncare and landscape maintenance,. You will be responsible for maintaining lawns, trimming bushes, installing mulch and landscape rock and executing various landscaping projects that enhance the natural beauty and usability of our clients' properties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, welcoming spaces. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive turf. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning plants shrubs, planting flowers, mulching beds, and maintaining garden areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like trimming, edging, planting, and installing landscape features. Assist with hardscape projects including the installation of patios and walkways Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Use equipment such as zero turn lawn mowers ,handheld power equipment,akid steer and mini excavators or other construction machinery when necessary. Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards. Experience Prior experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance is highly preferred. But willing to train the right person. Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems. Hands-on experience with lawn or landscape installation is a plus. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely in various outdoor projects. Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and equipment operation during winter seasons.
