Lawn Care Crew Member or Chemical Applicator

Overview Join our lawn care maintenance crew as a crew member or upcoming crew member. We are looking for people who like to work outside located in the Heber City, Utah area and surrounding areas. Our team is growing fast and have opportunities to grow in your role. We have a heavy emphasis on those who have experience working in landscape maintenance, specifically using sit-down or stand-on lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other experienced skills such as pruning. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance using hand tools and power equipment for outdoor spaces. Potentially apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other chemicals safely and accurately as a licensed chemical applicator to promote healthy plant growth and pest control. Operate machinery such riding and stand-on lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting at our current properties we take care of. Assist with irrigation system controls if asked and maintenance to ensure efficient watering practices across various properties. Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower beds for seasonal appeal. Engage in snow plowing and other winter services during winter months. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping tools, power tools, or construction equipment such as lawn mowers, skid steers, etc. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices. Familiarity with land management tasks including tree trimming/pruning, hardscape installation, irrigation system repair, and snow plowing during the winter season. Ability to handle hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with power tools is preferred. Knowledge of chemical application procedures adhering to safety standards; valid licensing or certification is a plus. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of landscape quality.
