Lawn Care Specialist

With 2 years' experience, willingness to communicate with team members and clients, and the ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer, this is the new position for you! We're looking for a skilled and hard-working lawn care specialist to add to our team. In this position, it will be your responsibility to help us manage our clients' outdoor spaces. Your main job will be to take care of our clients' lawns.

Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities:

Provide weekly mowing, trimming and blowing off of areas to all residential and commercial clients' lawns. Pick up and dispose of yard debris that needs to be removed Operate lawn care tools like trimmers, shears, and lawnmowers as well as blowers Answer any questions that the client may have about how to maintain their outdoor spaces Work with Brett and the team while on site to complete the customers' landscape design, landscape construction project or landscape installation, along with landscape maintenance as needed. Snow and Ice Management during winter months.

Lawn Care Specialist Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role Ability to use common lawn care tools including a variety of mowers Enough physical stamina to remain standing for most of the day Valid driver's license with impeccable driving record Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic. Experience with 1- 2 or more years of landscape and lawn care preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate with company owners. Must be a good fit by having an alignment with our company's core values and mission as we work to create the vision for our company and clients!
