Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for landscape maintenance tasks. Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows when seasonal needs arise. Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and tree care techniques to promote health and safety. Install and repair irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency across landscapes. Assist with hardscape projects including patio installation and walkway construction. Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Experience with lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery. Knowledge of horticulture practices including tree trimming, plant care, and irrigation systems. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and operating machinery safely. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep. Prior experience in construction or hardscape projects is a plus but not required.
