Job Description

Lawn Technician
  • We do NOT mow lawns. Have you been in the lawn, landscape, or tree industry for 2 years or more? Can you operate most of the typical machinery properly? Do you really like working outside, but you are ready for something less physical? We have the answer and we are willing to train you if you meet most or all of the criteria above. Older & Experienced?
  • We get it. For 40 years I was just like you. Shovels, wheelbarrows, and chain saws are ok, but not all day, every day. It is about time that you use more of your knowledge & experience and less of your body. No need to quit the industry. You need a change and we can help. Young & Responsible?
  • Do you have a few years of experience working under a good crew leader. Maybe you are currently a crew leader and you have to manage a bunch of uncooperative losers that need a babysitter 24/7. Not anymore…. Life is too short. A little about us
  • If this sounds familiar, we should be a good match.
We are a small company with 4-6 employees. We are focused on lawn fertilization, weed/pest control, and lawn installation/repairs. We also are willing to install a landscape or two each year if the right opportunities arise. We are growing at an above average rate. We appreciate working with like-minded responsible people that want to better themselves. Our customers and employees are like family and they must be treated as such. We take care of them, and they take care of us. If you do not have the desire to maintain good working relationships and keep customers pleased, the job is absolutely not for you.
