Lawn Care Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through expert mowing, trimming, edging, and landscape maintenance. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and commitment to quality will help create and maintain vibrant outdoor spaces that delight clients and enhance community environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape care and equipment operation while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning using power tools and hand tools to ensure pristine appearance of lawns and gardens Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Operate equipment such as landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Assist with landscape installation projects including laying mulch beds

Team Collaboration:

Work efficiently with a crew to complete daily routes and maintain high-quality standards Requirements Strong work ethic and a positive team-first attitude Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Ability to comfortably lift 30lbs Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing multiple projects efficiently Adequate communication skills-- this is a TEAM effort! Prior experience in construction or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory! Training will be provided for the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for equipment operation responsibilities Reliable and independent transportation to our main shop or designated work environment is a requirement Background checks are mandatory! Pay:

[$15.00-$17.00] per hour (based on experience) with potential increase based on performance

Schedule:

Part-time; Seasonal hours [Monday-Friday, with potential for Saturdays; schedule can vary due to weather.] Peak season ends in October.
