Lawn Care Technician

Pay:

Hourly starting at $18.00 per hour with an increase to $21 or more within first 6 months. Per round stop bonus 10% commission We are looking for energetic, customer service oriented, career-minded individuals to join our successful team. As a Lawn Advisor you are out in the field visiting residential and/or commercial clients and will be responsible to service lawns in your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You will also be responsible for accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and/or lawn analysis, and making field sales. Performing lawn care needs. Lawn Advisors also offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial, which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions. We would love to have you as part of our team if you: Have a valid driver license with a relatively clean driving record. Relatively clean background check Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the line service. Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control. Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed. Work independently as a member of a team. $720.00 - $840.00 per week
