Responsibilities Mow lawns and trim grass to specified heights using power tools and hand tools for a clean, professional appearance Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and edging to enhance curb appeal Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Conduct tree care activities like trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls using appropriate tools and techniques Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing or gardening to keep outdoor spaces functional year-round Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and weed control Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as planting, pruning, and soil preparation Experience working with excavation machinery like excavators or other construction equipment preferred Ability to perform tree trimming and tree care activities safely and effectively Basic understanding of horticulture principles and garden management Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
