In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces by performing a variety of lawn and landscape care tasks. Responsibilities Mow lawns using power tools such as riding mowers, push mowers, and trimmers to achieve a clean, manicured appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, pruning trees and shrubs, and planting flowers or greenery. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like aerating soil, planting, or installing landscaping features. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways and driveways clear and safe. Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, or removal in accordance with safety standards. Experience Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Basic mechanical knowledge related to operating lawn equipment, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous. Familiarity with horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and plant care practices is a plus. Knowledge of landscaping design or construction projects can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential.
