Responsibilities Mow lawns with precision using power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and caring for plants to promote healthy growth. Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently for various outdoor projects. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Execute hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls with attention to detail. Conduct routine lawn care activities such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control to maintain lush greenery. Assist with seasonal tasks including snow plowing and winter landscape preparations to keep outdoor spaces functional year-round. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely. Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices to support healthy plant growth. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential. Strong understanding of construction or hardscape installation processes is a plus.
