Lawn Maintenance Division Manager

Position Summary:

The Lawn Maintenance Division Manager is responsible for leading and managing the lawn maintenance division for the Foxscapes Howell branch. This role oversees crew performance, scheduling, client satisfaction, and financial performance of the maintenance division. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple crews, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency while building and developing a strong team. This position plays a key role in helping Foxscapes continue its growth as a market leader in professional landscape services.

Key Responsibilities:

Division Leadership Lead the lawn maintenance division for the Howell branch Manage and support multiple lawn maintenance crews Develop crew leaders and technicians through coaching and training Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Operations Management Oversee daily operations of maintenance crews Ensure routes are executed efficiently and on schedule Monitor job completion and crew productivity Ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained and available Solve operational issues quickly to keep crews productive Scheduling & Route Efficiency Build and manage weekly mowing and service schedules Optimize routes to maximize productivity and minimize drive time Adjust schedules based on weather conditions and staffing needs Coordinate closely with the office manager on schedule execution Customer Experience Maintain strong relationships with maintenance clients Address service requests or concerns promptly Conduct property quality checks to ensure Foxscapes standards are met Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Financial Performance Manage divisional labor efficiency and production Monitor job costing and ensure work is performed within budget Contribute to achieving division revenue and margin goals Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of experience in landscape or lawn maintenance operations Leadership experience managing crews or teams Strong organizational and scheduling skills Ability to solve problems quickly in the field Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Experience with landscape management software is a plus Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by: Route efficiency Crew productivity Division gross margin Client retention Quality control scores Employee retention and development What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive leadership and strong team culture Opportunity to help build a market-leading landscape company

Pay:

$57,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
