Lawn Maintenance Foreman / Driver

Position Overview EDJ Service LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Lawn Maintenance Foreman / Driver tolead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew. This is a hands-on, working foreman position requiring strong leadership, safe driving, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on commercial, municipal, and residential properties. This is not a supervisory-only role. Responsibilities Lead and supervise lawn maintenance crews in the field Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites Perform lawn maintenance duties including mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing, hedge trimming, and detail clean-up Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Load, unload, and maintain landscaping equipment Train, support, and direct crew members as needed Communicate daily job progress with management Assist management with additional duties as directed Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of commercial and/or municipal lawn maintenance experience Prior crew leader or foreman experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience driving a truck and trailer Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment Strong leadership, reliability, and work ethic Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather conditions Must be able to pass a background check Pay $17.50 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience What We Offer• Competitive pay Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Professional and respectful work environment
