Job Description:

As a Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch lawn care and landscaping services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetics, health, and functionality of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain vibrant, well-manicured, and visually appealing throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities:

Lawn Maintenance:

Mowing lawns, ensuring even and precise cuts while maintaining a consistent height. Trimming and edging lawns, sidewalks, and curbs to create a neat and polished appearance. Removing debris, such as leaves and branches, to keep the lawn clean and tidy. Performing regular weed control in garden beds. Updating and Maintaining Yardbook software

Landscaping:

Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery to enhance the overall landscape. Understanding and executing landscape layouts to fulfill customer requests and create functional outdoor spaces. Applying mulch, gravel, or rocks to accentuate garden beds and pathways.

Garden Care:

Cultivating and weeding garden beds to maintain the health and appearance of plants. Pruning and shaping trees and shrubs to promote growth and maintain an attractive form. Identifying and addressing plant diseases, pests, and other potential issues promptly.

Hardscape Maintenance:

Cleaning and maintaining walkways, driveways, and patios to ensure safe and appealing surfaces. Repairing or replacing damaged hardscape features, such as pavers and retaining walls.

Customer Relations:

Interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. Providing recommendations and tips for ongoing lawn and landscape care.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping services. Experience towing large cargo trailer (owning clean and reliable full size truck and willingness to use for business is a plus (reimbursement $0.67 per mile). In-depth knowledge of lawn care equipment and landscaping tools. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as in a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of outdoor labor. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with various plants, trees, and flowers suitable for different climates and soil conditions. Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
