We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lawn maintenance and demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional work ethic. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while meeting the high standards of clean and well-maintained properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment such as: Riding and stand-on mowers Hedge trimmers Chain saws Weed eaters Backpack blowers Hand grinders Follow instructions and schedules to meet job demands efficiently and safely Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients Ensure each property is left clean, maintained, and presentable Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping equipment operation Strong knowledge of property maintenance standards Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quality expectations Ability to take initiative and work proactively Must be respectful, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Team-oriented with a positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction

Workplace Expectations:

No use of drugs or alcohol during work hours Punctuality and reliability are essential Must present a professional demeanor at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
