Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic landscape team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscape maintenance, and tree care. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure lawns and landscapes are pristine and healthy Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Maintain and repair landscaping equipment including hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Assist with planting, fertilizing, irrigation setup, and seasonal garden care to promote plant health Conduct landscape maintenance tasks like weed control, mulching, aeration, and soil preparation Support hardscape projects by preparing surfaces for pavers or stonework and assisting with installation Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments while adhering to safety standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment Experience with lawn care techniques such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including gardening, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) as well as power tools safely and effectively Familiarity with excavation equipment like mini-excavators for site prep or drainage work Understanding of construction basics related to hardscape installation or landscape features Skills in tree trimming and general tree care to promote healthy growth and safety Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Attention to detail in maintaining property aesthetics while following safety protocols Join our team if you're passionate about outdoor environments! Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
