Lawn Care Foreman Position Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services. This role is responsible for managing daily job tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining professional standards on every property.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a lawn care crew (typically 2-5 team members) Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Load/unload trucks and ensure tools are accounted for daily Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or delays Interact professionally with customers when needed Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Complete daily paperwork, job logs, or digital reporting (if applicable)

Qualifications:

2+ years of lawn care or landscaping experience (foreman or leadership preferred) Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance practices and equipment Ability to lead a team and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license (chauffeur or DOT medical card is a plus if required) Ability to operate trucks and trailers Good communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Please do not apply if you do not have prior lawn care experience.
