Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating lawns to maintain optimal health and appearance Use hand tools and power tools to prune trees, shrubs, and hedges with precision and care Operate landscaping equipment such as Lawn Mowers, snow plows, and trimming equipment to support various projects Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or seasonal cleanups to keep properties pristine year-round Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and power tools Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening environments Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health management Ability to use hand tools effectively for pruning, planting, and general maintenance tasks Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair techniques Experience with tree trimming, landscaping design principles, and hardscape installation is a plus Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a real impact!
