Job SummaryJob Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. Your main duties will include mowing lawns, trimming bushes, performing property and leaf cleanups, installing Christmas lights, cleaning gutters, and providing dog waste removal services, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Punctuality:

Arrive to work on time, every day that you are scheduled. This helps build camaraderie, trust, and efficiency for yourself and those you work with.

Lawn Care:

Mow lawns, edge grass, and trim bushes to ensure a clean and manicured appearance for all clients.

Bush Trimming & Shrub Maintenance:

Regular trimming and pruning of bushes, shrubs, and small trees to maintain their health and aesthetic.

Property & Leaf Cleanups:

Clear and remove leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns, driveways, walkways, and flower beds.

Christmas Light Installation:

Safely and professionally install holiday lights on client properties, ensuring all lights are securely hung and functional.

Gutter Cleaning:

Clean gutters, downspouts, and related components to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage.

Dog Waste Pickup:

Regularly perform dog waste removal services to maintain a clean and safe environment for pets and families.

Snow Removal:

On call. Capable of working 10+ hours in the cold. Must have proper gear that must be personally purchased to be successful.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or similar outdoor work is preferred. Ability to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.). Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques and shrub/tree maintenance. Experience with Christmas light installation and gutter cleaning is a plus. Must be comfortable with working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate or salary (depending on experience). Opportunities for overtime, especially during peak seasons. Seasonal bonuses may be available. Client referral bonus may be available.
