Lawn Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dependable and experienced technician with a Commercial Pesticide License to join our team full-time. This role is responsible for providing professional lawn care treatments while delivering excellent service and maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with state regulations and company procedures. Evaluate turf conditions and recommend appropriate treatments. Safely operate lawn care equipment and company vehicles. Maintain accurate service and application records. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies. Requirements Valid commercial pesticide applicator icense (required). Minimum 2 years of lawn care or related industry experience. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Schedule Full-time Overtime opportunities may be available
