Lawn Technician/Mowing Technician

Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Lawn Technician/Mowing Technician, where your enthusiasm and skills will help create beautiful outdoor spaces! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, and general upkeep. Your expertise in lawn care and landscape maintenance will contribute to the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' properties. Duties Operate mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and gardens Perform lawn mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and shrub care to ensure properties look pristine Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulching, and hardscape setup when needed Maintain irrigation systems and perform basic repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Conduct routine inspections of landscapes for pests, disease, or damage and report issues promptly Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winterization to keep properties maintained year-round Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery Experience Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or tree care tools is a plus Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing techniques, tree trimming, gardening, and irrigation systems Ability to operate construction or hardscape equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us if you're eager to grow your skills in landscaping while helping create stunning outdoor environments!
