Lawncare Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep lawns lush and healthy Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower installations with precision and care Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for landscaping projects Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Support hardscape projects by installing or repairing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures using appropriate tools and techniques Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care practices enhances your ability to deliver top-quality result Ability to operate construction or landscaping machinery safely and effectively is desirable Strong understanding of landscape design principles and hardscape installation techniques is beneficial A proactive attitude towards maintenance tasks combined with excellent teamwork skills will help you succeed in this energetic role

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
