• Full-time Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health At Berlin is seeking a motivated, experienced, dedicated and compassionate LCADC to fill the position of Director of Substance Abuse Counseling, for our SUD Outpatient services.

Our SUD Program includes Partial Care, IOP, OP & Co-Occurring services.

Clinical Supervisor:

Ensuring that treatment are consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices, for each level of care and type of client served by the program. Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the SUD services, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with Taylor Care's mission and values. Train, and supervise a team of counselors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional Client care. Assist with Intakes and may carry a minimal caseload. Ensure prior authorizations are obtained for treatment as applicable. Familiar with NJSAMS data entry. Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results. Collaborate with the prescriber to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. About the
