POSITION DUTIES

• Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• UT LCSW; AHA BLS; 2 years recent LCSW experience in an acute hospital setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

• 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

• Mon•Fri 830a-5p SYSTEMS•Epic
