Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6 months to be eligible. Summary The Lead Baker/Cook role serves as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas, and oversees daily operations. Prepares breads, pastries, and entrees, which may be used in multi campus system. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)License/Certifications:
Serve Safe certified required within 3 months of hire.Experience:
