Job Description

Outermost Harbor Marine is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Cleaner/Detailing Manager to oversee and grow our boat cleaning and detailing department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working around boats, and can help manage day-to-day operations while delivering top-tier results for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marina's boat cleaning and detailing operations Wash, wax, compound, and detail boats to a high standard Perform interior cleaning and maintenance detailing Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and quality control for cleaning jobs Communicate with customers and marina staff professionally Help build and improve department efficiency and customer experience Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and organization
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Leadership ability and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage a team environment Comfortable working outdoors and around boats in varying weather conditions Prior boat detailing, automotive detailing, or marine industry experience preferred Experience with buffing, polishing, waxing, and gelcoat care is a plus Valid driver's license required
