Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation MN STS Driver Certification or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire Minimum five years of licensed driving experience with a clean driving record Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills Compassionate, professional, and adaptable demeanor Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to safely assist, transfer, and lift clients as needed

Responsibilities:

Assist the Transportation Coordinator with daily operations, scheduling, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and transportation support activities Safely transport clients according to assigned schedules and assist with transfers and safety procedures Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, appointments, hours worked, and vehicle inspections Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, functional, and properly maintained; report concerns promptly Communicate professionally with clients, medical staff, and team members while maintaining confidentiality Follow departmental policies, safety standards, and participate in required training and meetings Maintain reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned About Country Care-A-Van Proudly serving Central Minnesota since 1985, Country Care-A-Van provides reliable, specialized transportation with a personal touch.
