Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will step into a pivotal field leadership role, executing and directing premium residential remodels and custom structural builds. This position provides the professional autonomy to oversee complex carpentry workflows while mentoring a dedicated crew of craftsmen and apprentices. You will directly impact project quality and client satisfaction, supported by an innovative company that values your expertise. How You Will Make An Impact Lead all structural and finish carpentry activities on custom residential remodeling and renovation sites. Serve as the central point of contact for technical carpentry execution throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise, mentor, and develop field carpenters, trade apprentices, and construction site laborers. Interpret architectural blueprints, engineering plans, and technical specifications to organize daily tasks. Execute high-end hands-on carpentry including structural framing, architectural trim, custom cabinetry, and exterior decking. Inspect incoming building materials and active craftsmanship to maintain strict aesthetic and quality standards. Collaborate with centralized project managers and specialty subcontractors to eliminate timeline delays. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of verified carpentry experience dedicated to residential structural construction. Advanced technical proficiency across all phases of rough framing, structural modifications, and finish work. Active and valid driver's license paired with a reliable method of personal job site transportation. Complete mastery of commercial hand tools, industrial power equipment, and digital scheduling applications. Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs, navigate ladders, work at heights, and endure variable outdoor weather. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience operating as a construction foreman, crew lead, or field supervisor. Completed formal carpentry technical training, vocational schooling, or a recognized trade apprenticeship. Deep operational knowledge of regional residential building codes, structural framing rules, and safety regulations.
