We have an immediate opening for a full-time Lead Carpenter with an extensive background in residential remodeling.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years experience in a Lead Carpenter position. Kitchen and bath experience required. Wood framing construction/addition experience required. Tile experience preferred. Ability to do light plumbing & light electrical. Excellent blueprint reading skills. Excellent communication skills are required. Time management, efficiency, and self accountability are required attributes. Applicant must wear company supplied apparel, and maintain satisfactory personal hygiene and appearance. Complete understanding of the materials & installation throughout all aspects of remodeling. Must have your own tools, Polaris Home Services will supply some larger items such as table saws, compound mitre saws, compressors, scaffolding, etc. Applicant must be able to pass full criminal background check and drug screening. Please bring a flash drive with a portfolio of your work you have completed yourself to your interview to help us ensure you receive the compensation you deserve.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Friday 8 hr shifts or possibility for Monday
• Thursday 10 hr shifts (Polaris Home Services & Construction reserves the right to cancel or suspend the M-Th 4 day work week schedule at any time and may vary per employee.) Direct Deposit Company vehicle provided Fuel card provided Attendance Bonus Christmas Bonus Paid vacation
