• Full-time Lead Teacher Job Description Ideal candidate for is someone with a passion working with children 1-2.

5 years old. We are looking to fill this position urgently.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in a daycare setting
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Enjoy working with children

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and staff members
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
