Lead Construction Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Construction Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects for our agency. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, supervising construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and safely Develop schedules, budgets and maintain communication with Director of program Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols such as OSHA standards and proper use of tools on job site Manage project budgets, perform cost estimating and monitor expenditures to stay within financial targets Ensure quality control by inspecting work sites regularly, conducting inspections with tools and enforcing strict adherence to specifications Collaborate with Director, Fiscal team and crew on contracts, change orders, and procurement processes Qualifications Proven experience in construction management Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, in order to lead crew Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues while on job site Join us as a Lead Construction Leader to drive impactful projects forward with energy and precision. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
