You appointed as Contracting Officer's Representive on service and supply contracts awarded by Contracting Officers from within NAVSEA, as well as a variety of other federal agencies. You will drive the Acquisition Team by coordining and leading scoping meetings, assigning roles and responsibilities, ensuring realistic planning goals and objectives are established, ensuring adherence to schedule, and monitoring progress. You will provide guidance and make recommendions when conducting market research and developing procurement package documents, including performance work stements, independent government estimes, justificions, certificions, etc. You will provide proper and approprie oversight of Contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with the contract terms and conditions. You responsible for identifying potential or actual unauthorized commitments to the Contracting Officer, and providing sufficient details and investigive support as necessary to adjudice the process.
