Lead Cook

Lead Cook, We are looking for a lead line cook to help run a high pace kitchen. Experience is mandatory. Candidate must have good communication skills, be able to multitask, be able to lead other employees, and be able to provide expedient and accurate service.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Organize and orchestrate rush meal services Prep catering orders Lead other line cooks during rush meal services Inventory management and ordering Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow owner's instructions Clean up station and store leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Skills Proven cooking experience is required. Sufficient training for the position will be provided.
