Lead Customer Service Representative

The Company Steffl Drilling & Pump is a leading provider of water well drilling and repair services committed to quality, service, and reliability for municipal, agricultural, commercial, and residential customers. The Company services the full lifecycle of water wells including repair, replacement, maintenance, and new well installation. In March 2026, the Company partnered with O2 Investment Partners to accelerate both organic and acquisition-driven growth across adjacent geographies, end markets and service lines. As part of this growth, the Company seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative in its Willmar, MN office to answer customer calls, diagnose needs, coordinate Company response and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Summary The Customer Service Representative's primary duty is to help deliver great customer experiences every time. Key Responsibilities 1. Answering customer phone calls, emails and direct messages. 2. Diagnosing customer needs and timelines. 3. Coordinating the Company's response to each customer. 4. Documenting the Company's response in appropriate databases. 5. Coordinating service documentation and related customer invoices. 6. Generating customer thank you notes and satisfaction surveys. 7. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1. Prior experience in customer service. 2. Background in service and construction a plus. 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 4. A positive, consistent and solutions-based approach. Work Environment 1. Office-based role. 2. Reports to the Office Manager. Desired Attributes 1. Customer service focus. 2. Strong phone skills 3.
