We need motivated and hard working DSP's to engage these kids in activities, as well as making sure their Daily Living needs are being met. Supervision and Coaching of staff, making sure policies and procedures are followed, making sure client engagement is taking place, monitoring staff/client interactions. Do you have experience working with teenage children with autism? Dealing with behaviors? This position is working in our children's home which can be challenging. I like to be up front about that so we can find the right individual that believes they are up for the challenges. Would love someone with behavioral intervention background.

We are currently seeking:

• Time:

  Monday thru Friday Every Other Weekend Weekday evenings 2pm to 10pm and 3pm to 10pm
• Every other weekend 12 to 14 hour shifts. Between the hours of 8am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday.
