Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschools in the South Shore, MA area . The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children between the ages of 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training when needed.

Schedule:

Full-time employees can choose from one of the following schedules; 8:00am-5:00pm OR 9:00am-6:00pm,

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to understand and support the education program using their child-focused curriculum Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all time Ability to change children's diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary) Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18-years-old

REQUIRED

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, OR Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field, PLUS at least 9 months of experience, OR High school diploma/GED, PLUS specific EEC-approved courses, PLUS 36 months of experience

REQUIRED

Experience:

At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations

• for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
