Lead Fence Installer

Superior Fence & Rail of Western CT is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time Lead Fence Installer . Typical work week is Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 4:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed. Work consists of installing vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link fencing. What You'll Do As a Working Lead Installer , you'll be the on-site leader — ensuring every job runs smoothly, safely, and up to Superior's exacting standards. Lead & Mentor your crew while installing vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link fencing Work with precision using provided diagrams and material lists to confirm accuracy before installation Problem-solve in the field and manage changes or complications with professionalism Deliver quality craftsmanship — every post straight, every panel level, every customer satisfied Maintain site safety & professionalism at all times Represent the Superior standard of integrity, communication, and pride in every project What You Bring Proven fencing experience A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors year-round Reliability, accountability, and a commitment to craftsmanship Ability to read job orders, lead by example, and work independently
