Lead Glazier — Residential Custom Work Top Pro Glass — Malvern, PA (Chester County) Full-Time | Competitive pay based on experience | Relocation assistance available Why this role We're a residential glass company — frameless showers, custom mirrors, glass railings, and partitions for homes across the Philadelphia Main Line. We've been at it since 2013, and we're growing fast enough that we need a Lead Glazier to anchor the field team and run jobs the way they should be run: clean, precise, and on time. If you're tired of being the best glazier in a shop that doesn't appreciate it, read on. What you'll do You'll run jobs start to finish — measure, fabricate, install. You'll lead a small crew on-site, mentor the next generation of glaziers coming up behind you, and be the person homeowners trust when we walk through the door. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.
Day-to-day:
Lead installations of frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass railings, partitions, and storefronts Take accurate field measurements and produce fabrication-ready sketches Read blueprints and shop drawings Direct and mentor junior glaziers and helpers Represent Top Pro Glass professionally with homeowners, designers, and GCs Troubleshoot in the field and make the call when things don't go to plan Keep your tools, truck, and job sites organized and safe What we need from you 5+ years hands-on glazing, residential focus strongly preferred Proven track record installing frameless shower doors, mirrors, railings, and custom glass Strong with fractions, tolerances, and field sketches Can read blueprints and shop drawings Comfortable with heavy glass, ladders, and lifts Valid driver's license, clean record The kind of person who shows up, owns the job, and doesn't need to be chased Nice to have High-end custom residential experience OSHA 10 or 30 Direct experience working with homeowners, designers, and GCs What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health and dental insurance Short-term and long-term disability — 100% company paid Retirement Contribution with 3% employer match Company vehicle for qualifying roles Tools provided Employee discount Relocation assistance for the right candidate A clear path to grow with a company that's actively investing in its people Coming from out of state?
