Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service to enhance their experience Manage reservations using Resy Assist with guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support the food service team by managing wait times and coordinating table assignments to optimize service delivery Uphold guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning any issues into positive interactions Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create welcoming environments Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management Familiarity with TOAST and Resy Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Knowledge of guest services, serving etiquette, and hospitality best practices to elevate guest satisfaction Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure
