Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our Air BnB and vacation rentals. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of guest spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and back ups Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing and proper handling of linens and towels resolve any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality environment. experience with cleaning techniques and equipment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team effectively. Experience in laundry operations and custodial management is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is required; a background in hospitality management is a plus. Requirements:

1. Must have open availability especially for Sundays and Mondays. (Other days are workable) 2. We start at 8 am. Usually done by 3 or 4. 3. Must have a car 4. We work weekends and holidays. We have off most Saturdays. 5. We work in the snow! 6. Thus is not the type of job you can call out. Must find coverage with a girl not working if you can't come in. 7. We are a team of girls and work together. Everyone is in it for each other. So if you are not a TEAM player, no need to apply. 8. Minimum requirement of 3 years with air bnbs Minimum requirement of 1 year of management.
