The Opportunity This role is designed for experienced HVAC professionals who are looking for more than a traditional service-and-repair career. The Lead HVAC & Cleanroom Systems Specialist becomes a cleanroom expert—owning system fabrication, advanced diagnostics, and commissioning for mission-critical environments. Core Responsibilities System fabrication and assembly, including brazing and modular ductwork Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC and BAS issues within sterile compounding cleanrooms Commissioning and startup for new cleanroom construction projects Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience Strong background in BAS, system controls, and service diagnostics Ability to read and write technical documents and blueprints Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to travel up to 50% Why CE Cleanrooms This role offers true technical ownership, specialization in cleanroom environments, and the opportunity to work on systems that directly impact patient safety and quality of life.
