$9,000/month + Profit Sharing + Benefits About Us All Season Climate Pros is an established general contractor serving homeowners across Long Island. Over the past few years, our HVAC division has grown faster than any other part of our business — and we've made the decision to bring this work fully in-house rather than continuing to rely on subcontractors. That's where you come in. We're hiring our first Lead HVAC Installer to help us build a dedicated HVAC team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role with a financially stable, growing company that already has the project pipeline to keep you busy. What You'll Do As our Lead Installer, you'll be the technical backbone of our new HVAC division. Your responsibilities will include leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish across Nassau and Suffolk County, ensuring quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction on every job. You'll help us establish best practices, standard operating procedures, and installation standards for the team we're building, and over time mentor and train additional installers and helpers as we expand. What We're Looking For This is a key requirement: We need someone whose credentials qualify our company to obtain a Nassau County Home Improvement License and a Suffolk County Home Improvement License under their name. If you currently hold these licenses (or qualify to) and are open to serving as the qualifying individual for our company, we want to talk to you. Beyond that, we're looking for: 10+ years of verifiable hands-on residential HVAC installation experience on Long Island or comparable market (pay stubs, W-2s, employer references, or project documentation required — this is non-negotiable) Deep knowledge of residential systems: split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork design, refrigerant handling, and Manual J load calculations EPA 608 certification Strong understanding of Nassau and Suffolk County codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements Leadership mindset — you're ready to stop just doing the work and start building a team Valid NY driver's license and clean driving record
