Ely Heating And Cooling LLC is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician / Journeyman to join our growing operations in Waynesburg, PA. What You Will Be Doing As a Journeyman Technician, you will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring our clients' systems run efficiently, safely, and reliably:

Service & Repair:

Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Installation Excellence:

Expertly install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and control systems strictly according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform thorough routine maintenance and seasonal system checks to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.

Client Communication:

Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling.

Site Management & Safety:

Diligently maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow all site-specific safety protocols, and accurately complete detailed work orders and time logs. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Experience:

5 years of hands-on, professional HVAC experience is strongly preferred.

Certifications:

A valid EPA Certification is absolutely required.

Technical Skills:

Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to work independently in the field.

Licensure:

A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Soft Skills:

Excellent customer service skills, strong self-motivation, and a high level of personal accountability.

Education:
