This position also manages the installation crew and helps with the communication of projects between our customers and our office. Our installers typically work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional overtime. We pay our Lead HVAC Technicians / HVAC Installers a competitive wage of $30

• $50/hour , depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives .
