Infant / Toddler Teacher A Promising Tomorrow LLC - Toledo, Ohio A Promising Tomorrow is currently seeking an experienced, nurturing, dependable Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who truly understands the importance of the first years of life and has the patience, professionalism, and heart to care for infants and toddlers in a safe, loving, structured learning environment. We are looking for an individual who is not only experienced in child care, but who can confidently lead a classroom, communicate professionally with families, follow licensing regulations, and actively engage children throughout the day.
Qualifications Required:
✔ Minimum of a CDA (Child Development Associate) in Infant/Toddler OR Degree in Early Childhood Education ✔ Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed child care setting ✔ Strong understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices ✔ Ability to multitask while maintaining supervision and classroom structure ✔ Professional communication skills and reliability are
REQUIRED
✔ Must be physically able to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively participate throughout the day ✔ Must pass BCI/FBI background checks and meet all Ohio licensing requirements

Position Responsibilities:
Daily care and supervision of infants/toddlers Implementing lesson plans and developmental activities Feeding, diapering, and maintaining proper sanitation procedures Tracking daily activities and communicating with families Maintaining classroom ratios and safety standards Supporting children socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively
