Our boutique childcare setting offers small group sizes, low ratios, and an atmosphere that values connection, communication, and growth for both children and educators. Your Role As an Infant Co-Teacher , you will nurture and comfort our youngest learners (6 weeks-16 months) through intentional care and gentle guidance. You'll partner with families and co-teachers to create a calm, predictable environment that supports each baby's individual rhythms and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities include:

Providing warm, responsive care and individualized attention Establishing routines that promote security and trust Encouraging early communication through songs, stories, and eye contact Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom Collaborating with your co-teacher and center leadership Must be able to lift 20lbs or more repetitively Who You Are You find joy in helping infants feel safe, seen, and understood.
