Job Description

Overview:
Our school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our team! This role is for you if you understand the care and dedication needed to nurture our youngest learners.
Responsibilities :
Supervise students and ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful classroom environment Lead a classroom with an assistant teacher, delegating tasks between each other Recognize individual needs and differences among children and adapt practices accordingly Understand child development from birth to toddlerhood Create an environment in which students and their families feel welcome and comfortable Support students in developing independence, problem-solving skills, and mutual respect Oversee meal/snack prep and classroom cleaning responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in early childhood education, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. CPR and First Aid certification (required) Montessori credential is a plus Must be eligible to work in the United States Strong leadership and organization skills Ability to relate well to children, parents, staff, and visitors
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
