Lead Installer / Crew Member — Premium Artificial Turf & Golf Greens

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Installer / Crew Member to join our dynamic team specializing in premium artificial turf and golf greens installations. Duties Lead installation crews in the setup and placement of artificial turf and golf green systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise installations Manage on-site safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks, estimate material needs, and track progress throughout each project phase Perform site preparation activities including grading, concrete forming, masonry work, and surface finishing as needed Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials for custom landscape features or structural components Experience Proven experience in construction management or supervising installation crews within landscaping or outdoor construction projects Strong background in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating Hands-on experience with various construction trades including carpentry (trim carpentry, framing), masonry (concrete finishing, brickwork), roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration projects Familiarity with bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools for project documentation Knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as skid steers or mini excavators preferred Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely across diverse construction site environments Experience working on commercial or residential sites involving hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls) and landscape features such as glass or cabinet installation Join us if you're eager to lead impactful projects in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
