Lead Janitor (Immediate Start)

Overview Job Description Nexodus Clean is hiring an experienced Janitorial Technician to service retail locations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail. This is an early morning position with consistent scheduling and all cleaning supplies provided. Technicians will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and ensuring all work is documented and verified on-site. Responsibilities Perform routine janitorial services in a office environment Follow site-specific cleaning checklists Obtain site manager signature after each completed service Submit completed checklists as instructed for compliance and payment Maintain professional conduct on-site at all times Requirements Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required Must have a smartphone Ability to follow detailed checklists and procedures Must be dependable and punctual for early morning shifts Comfortable working independently on-site Ability to communicate with site managers when needed Schedule Sunday through Saturday MWF from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM or T/TH from 9a - 10a Consistent, recurring schedule What We Provide All cleaning supplies provided Clear work orders and checklists Training on IVR and checklist procedures Ongoing support from Nexodus Clean operations team Locations Multiple retail locations (Specific addresses will be provided during onboarding or interview) Application Question(s): Best contact phone number Best email address Do you have a reliable vehicle?
