Position Overview The Lead Kennel Technician is responsible for overseeing the enrichment care program, monitoring, sanitation, and operational flow of dogs in our boarding and enrichment programs while helping guide kennel staff during shifts. This is a physically active leadership position requiring consistency, urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
